A place to connect.

Laura Dink, LMFT and director of Dink Family Therapy believes that relationships are one of our most important resources. The interactions that we have with other people deeply impact us and influence our own sense of self. Trusting that you have a secure social safety net of family and friends can buoy you up to feel more secure in taking risks and embarking in the uncharted territory of personal and professional goals.

Cultivating the relationships that matter most can require a great deal of commitment, and there is work to be done in creating and maintaining that support system. Recognizing the importance of taking accountability to also show up as your most supportive, compassionate self for the people who matter to you can also take a great deal of dedication.

Dink Family Therapy is a place where you can come to slow things down in order to learn the helpful interpersonal effectiveness skills, emotion regulation management techniques, and mindfulness strategies to help the rest of your life run more smoothly. We make the space to reflect and gain insight in to why we do what we do. This journey can be a solo one or one that you choose to take with others.

Whether you’re experiencing just a few bumps in the road or major roadblocks, this is a place where you can have guidance and support in figuring out what comes next. The hope is that you quickly learn to feel empowered that you are capable of removing whatever obstacles block you from leading the life you want to lead.
